Here in Themefisher, the code of conduct reflects the core values, principles, and overall inside of our company. It serves as the guideline of how our values related to trust, respect, transparency can be translated into attitudes and behaviors. In simple terms, it is the complete roadmap to act ethically, lawfully, and mindfully for the betterment of our clients and fellow colleagues. I believe every employee will comply with the laws and regulations of the company as well as set new standards for ethical conduct to create a respectful space for work.
Please read carefully and keep that in mind that each of us is responsible for incorporating these values and ideals into our everyday work :
1. Conflict of Interest- It takes place when your personal relationships overlap with your job responsibilities. All employees should avoid situations that create a conflict between personal interest and the company’s interests as you can’t allow your personal relationships to influence your business decision-making.

2. Equal Opportunity Employment- Our recruitment process is solely based on an individual’s qualifications, merits, competence, and potential. 3. Dignity and Respect- Mutual understanding, cooperation, tolerance, and respect for individual privacy are the main components to create a pleasant work environment. All employees must be treated with dignity and respect at all times to establish a positive work inside.

6. Data Privacy- It is our duty to protect our client’s privacy. Our clients trust us with their personal information so preserving that trust requires each of us to respect and protect the privacy of their information. 7. Confidentiality- All information regarding our company is confidential in nature. Employees must not disclose Themefisher’s confidential information outside of the company. Confidential information also counts employee data, personal data or third-party data. Strict actions will be taken if any information is leaked outside.
8. Company Assets- Company provides equipment and other resources to perform your jobs effectively. Each of the employees is responsible for protecting the assets of the company. If any item/ equipment is damaged he/she needs to compensate for the damage.

9. Non-disclosure of personal information- No employee should disclose or discuss their personal information with their fellow co-worker.
10. Corruption and Bribery- Company will not tolerate any form of bribery to our office employees, clients and business partners. It is strictly prohibited for our employees to receive or offer improper payments in order to achieve unfair benefits.

11. Drugs and Substances- Consumption of drugs and substances are completely banned at our office considering the health and safety of our employees.

12. Client relation- Clients purchase our products because they trust the quality of our products. It is the primary responsibility of every employee to ensure the consistent quality of our products and maintain a friendly relationship with our clients.

14. Employee relationships and fraternization- The objective of the fraternization policy is to minimize the impact of things that can go wrong due to romantic relationships in the workplace.

15. Attendance- All employees are expected to be present on time at the office. In case an employee is unable to attend office they are requested to inform their reporting manager within the start of 1 hour of office timings.

16. Meal and Rest Periods- We provide all employees 1 hour for their meal and rest period as in from 2 pm to 3 pm. During their meal break, all employees are relieved from their duty.
17. Emergency Procedures- In case of any emergencies such as fires, natural disasters and power failures employees are instructed to move to an emergency shelter.

18. Guest and Visitor- Workplace visitors refer to employees’ friends and family, stakeholders and other external guests.

21. Celebration and Outing - Employees may wish to arrange social functions on company premises during regular business hours to celebrate special events. They need to abide by some rules and regulations to celebrate any function.

22.Telephone /E-mail /Internet Use- We want our employees to avoid inappropriate or illegal internet use that creates risks for our company’s legality and reputation.

23. Social Media- All employees should refrain themselves from using social media while on work time or on the equipment we provide unless it is work-related as authorized by your manager.
